Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)

  • International shipping available to select countries (additional fees may apply)

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Pre‑Orders

Pre‑order items ship on or before the estimated release date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, they may ship separately
